Diplomatico Distillery Collection #1 & #2
#1 - A Batch Kettle still was brought to Diplomático’s distillery in 1959. This semi-artisanal batch distillation method was originally employed in Canada for the production of American whisky. The distillate is made from sugar cane honeys, and is aged in American white oak barrels, resulting in a delicious medium-body and complex rum.
#2 - The Barbet Column distillation system, originally created in France was also brought to the distillery in Venezuela the same year, 1959. The Barbet column is made of 100% copper, a type of metal that enables the elimination of undesirable sulphur compounds which form in the fermentation process. Aged in American white oak barrels and using high quality sugar cane molasses, the Barbet Column system produces a distillate with a strong fruity profile.

Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA

Compass Box No Name No. 2

Barrell Bourbon Batch 020 was blended from a selection of barrels from Tennessee and Kentucky. We started with 10-year-old barrels with a lush, prominent fruit profile and balanced them with 14-year-old oak-forward barrels resulting in a complex bourbon with an engaging brightness.

Clown Shoes - Josh the Apple Baron
Josh The Apple Baron is a wee heavy ale that is aged in Apple Brandy Barrels. The beer is named for Josh Baggett (formerly The Revelator and The Guava King) and it looks to be a Texas-only release . You’re looking at the 22oz bottle and the beer hits 10%-AbV.
Clown Shoes - The Ballad of Minnie Quay
It is a sweet song, the Ballad of Minnie Quay. I’d sing it, but I’m just not sure my voice could do it justice. There she stood, along the shore, battered back by the surge of the storm, but undeterred. I stood there as long as I could, but eventually I found myself soaked to the bone. She could still be out there for all I know, waiting and waiting for some sunny day that never will come. Oh, the tragedy! This Old Ale carries a sweet flavor throughout, enriched by aging in Brady Barrels. Biscuit and toffee notes are joined by the sweet richness of brandy to give this full-bodied ale a wide profile of malt flavors.

Barrell bourbon batch 019 is a classic bourbon. The sweet opening notes give way to nutty and herbaceous nuance, all overlaid by a lattice of barrel spice.
Barrell Rye Single Barrel
We've expanded our Single Barrel program by adding a selection of Canadian Rye barrels from one of Canada's leading distilleries. These 13-year-old barrels were distilled and aged in Canada, and then further aged in Kentucky. They were selected for their deep and vibrant flavor.
Bear Flag Cabernet Sauvignon
Packed with an abundance of fruit character, Bear Flag Cabernet Sauvignon opens with notes of black raspberries, red cherry jam and dried fruit. Silky smooth on your tongue, things get interesting when subtle layers of clove, cedar, luscious butterscotch and cocoa kick in.
Founders - Blushing Monk
When our love of fruit and our love of beer come together, Blushing Monk happens. Brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries for tart yet luscious raspberry-jam character and fermented with Belgian yeast for subtle fruit and spice esters. Think of Blushing Monk as Rubaeus’ older sibling – more intense, slightly larger and just a little bit more mature.
Dogfish Head - World Wide Stout
Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, World Wide Stout is dark, rich, roasty and complex. This ageable ale clocks in at 15-20% ABV and has a depth more in line with a fine port than with a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer.
Clown Shoes - Hammer of the Lion
The Hammer of the Lion is a fearsome weapon, but the lion wields this tool for justice. Our first barrel-aged release in 16oz cans, Hammer of the Lion is a blend of an American Imperial Stout and a Wee Heavy Ale that were barrel-aged in Rum, Brandy, and Bourbon barrels. Pronounced notes of malt sweetness and dark chocolate combine with a complex profile of barrel flavors for a rich and full-flavored experience.

For years we’ve been banishing evil through our “Exorcism” series. But we decided that for the next beer in the series, what Baxter really needs is some exercise. The Exercising of Baxter is an American Imperial Stout aged in Rum and Port barrels. Notes of dark chocolate and aged fruit blend with rich flavors of roasted malt.

Compass Box Tobias and The Angel

Compass Box Juveniles Blend
For this Limited Edition, Tim asked us to create something “...bright, smooth, not smoky...an assemblage perhaps between 12 and 15 years-old...”. We’ve tried to give him all that an much more. This assemblage (we love Tim’s use of this wine word to describe whisky blending) comprises single malt whiskies from four distilleries, each bringing a distinctiveness to the whole.
You’ll find notes of barley sugar, pear drop and vanilla, complemented by an ethereal underlying herbal character. It’s a whisky to be enjoyed with great food and even better company.

Burning Chair Bourbon
The Burning Chair Bourbon is one of Phinney’s creations utilizing his contacts in the world of spirits. Each batch is made from three carefully-selected bourbon whiskeys from distilleries in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana, the youngest being four years old.
Marrying their individual flavors, Savage & Cooke created a smooth and complex bourbon that is as enchanting as it is interesting. Billed as a sipping whiskey, it’s sweet and smoky flavors hide the fact that its maker got his start making exquisite wines rather than distillates.
Sweetwater 420 G13 Strain IPA
This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. Barrell Rye Batch #2
Rye Batch 002 is our second release that expands on our interpretation of a traditional rye whiskey, combining two very diverse ryes. We selected barrels of a 100% malted rye distilled and aged in Poland for 5 years in new charred #3 oak barrels from World Cooperage. We then blended it with an Indiana high malted barley rye that was aged in Indiana and Kentucky for over 5 years. The Polish Rye is dry, with a rich nutty flavor, and pairs beautifully with the lush Indiana Rye, resulting in a sweet and savory balance of malted chocolate and roasted cashews.
Compass Box The Story Of The Spaniard
In this, our first release, 48% of the whiskies have been aged in ex-Sherry casks and 25% in ex-Spanish red wine casks. You will find a whisky that is full, soft and sumptuous on the palate with flavours of citrus peel and pears poached in red wine and spices. It’s a whisky ideal for late evening sipping or stirring into a cocktail.

Novo Fogo Cachaca
The purest representation of organic sugarcane from Southern Brazil, this silver cachaça proves that terroir matters. The aroma of bananas immediately present, followed by pleasantly floral rainforest notes that shine through the spirit. Sea salt balances the cachaca’s tropicality, adding a savory quality and settling the overall impression to a mouth-watering sweet red pepper. This cachaça is rested in chemically-inert stainless steel tanks for one year to smoothen it without changing its flavor.
Athena is deceptive. Light in color and body, it's very easy to drink. It hides the 8.6% ABV very well. Brewed with only Belgian pilsner malt and hopped with Herkules, East Kent Goldings, and Czech Saaz hops. It's our take on a traditional Belgian golden strong ale.
Copperhead Black Venom
Black Venom is our imperial stout. Solid black. Chocolatey and roasty but with a smooth, creamy finish. This stout is great while fresh, but will age wonderfully.

Smooth Ambler Contradiction
At Smooth Ambler, after we began merchant bottling the whiskey we call Old Scout, it occurred to us that at some point it may be fun and interesting to blend a little of the delicious bourbon we source with the smooth and sweet wheated bourbon we distill here in West Virginia. With that notion in mind, Contradiction was born; a blend of whiskey we make with whiskey we do not. Contradiction is non-chill filtered and is full-bodied, with notes of dried fruit and butter rum, and has the end-result of tasting like a four-grain bourbon.

Oskar Blues Barrel Aged Ten Fidy
Aged through four seasons and from a blend of the top Bourbons around, this Ten Fidy has morphed into a monster of cranked up flavor. Espresso, burnt sugar, rich chocolate, caramel notes are now driving alongside the vanilla, oak, bourbon from the barrel and been smoothed out during maturation. Even at 12.9% (75 IBUs) it is cool and drinkable, letting each sip add more and more complexity.

In this 2018 edition, we have reintroduced a subtle sherry-cask influence that adds an additional layer of complexity and richness. Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva
Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva rum is distilled from molasses in copper pot stills and then aged in small oak casks for on average 12 years before being bottled. Produced in Venezuela, which has a rich rum history dating to 1896, the Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva distillery is located on the northern slopes of the Andes mountains.
Appleton Estate 12yr Rum
Appleton Estate 12-Year Rum is a blend of several rums aged between 12 and 18 years in American oak barrels after being distilled using small-batch copper pot stills. The rum is produced on the Appleton Estate, which sits in the Nassau Valley in Jamaica.

Reyka is an Icelandic vodka, distilled from wheat and barley. It is also the world's first "green" vodka, it being made from glacial water and distilled using sustainable energy from geothermal heat.
St. Arnold Pumpkinator
Pumpkinator is a big, black, full of spice, full of flavor beer. Originally released in 2009 as Divine Reserve No. 9, it is an imperial pumpkin stout and our answer to how a pumpkin beer ought to taste. It is brewed with a combination of pale two row, caramel and black malts, Cascade and Liberty hops for a background hop flavor, pumpkin for a rich mouthfeel, molasses, brown sugar, spices and dry-spiced to make it feel like you just walked into your mom’s kitchen while she was cooking 37 pumpkin pies. It is the most expensive beer we have brewed.
A single batch of Pumpkinator will be released around every October 15. It is available in 22 oz. bottles and on draft.
This beer is best enjoyed at 50°F or warmer to bring out the spices and round body. Personally we have found it to be the perfect end to a Thanksgiving meal from a flavor standpoint. Some have said it makes relatives more enjoyable too.

ArteNom Seleccion de 1146 Anejo Tequila
For this añejo selección, master distiller Enrique Fonseca patiently ages exclusive tequila in used Cabernet Franc wine barrels from the Loire Valley of France – 60% of the tequila is aged for two years; 40% is aged for three years. The two maturations are then slowly integrated together, before laying into toasted American white oak previously used to age Tennessee rye whiskey, for a master balance of oak and agave.

Clase Azul Tequila Reposado
Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels. This process results in a superb, smooth taste which exceeds expectations with each sip.
